AIMA बाट आएको इमेलको के हो वास्तविकता ?

लिस्बन । हिजो अर्थात् मे ८ तारिख बुधबार बिहान एकाएक पोर्चुगलको इमिग्रेसन सम्बन्धी नीति बनाउने र व्यवस्थापन गर्ने सरकारी निकाय AIMA (Agency for Integration, Migrations and Asylum (AIMA, IP) बाट एक्कासी  इमेल आँउदा पोर्चुगलको पहिलो रेजिडेन्सी कार्डको प्रक्रियामा रहेर समय कुरिरहेका हजारौं व्यक्तिहरुलाई यो इमेल सही हो वा गलत भनेर छुट्याउन धौधौ मात्र परेन, ठूलो जिज्ञासा र कौतुहलता समेत सृजना भयो ।

तर, इमेल प्राप्त भएको भोलिपल्ट अर्थात् आजसम्म आइपुग्दा इमेल वास्तविक भएको पुष्टि भएसंगै अब रेजिडेन्सी कार्ड प्राप्त गर्ने प्रक्रिया द्रुत रूपमा अगाडि बढ्यो भन्ने कुराले इमेल प्राप्त गर्ने हजारौं हजार व्यक्तिहरुमा खुशी छाएको छ ।

इमिग्रेसन सम्बन्धी काम गर्ने सरकारमा दर्ता भइ मान्यता प्राप्त गैरसरकारी संस्था नियाल्प पोर्चुगल(NIALP-Intercultural Association Lisboa & Language School) ले इमेलको वास्तविकता बारेमा  AIMA संग राखिएको जिज्ञासामा AIMA गरेको प्रतिउत्तर (प्रतिउत्तर इमेल तल हेर्नुहोस्) मा इमेल सत्य भएको र समुदायमा प्रचारप्रसार गरी दिन नियाल्प पोर्चुगललाई जवाफ आएको संस्थाका कार्यकारी निर्देशक केपी भट्टराईले युरोपनेपाली खबरलाई जानकारी दिए । भट्टराईले इमेलमा दिइएको प्रक्रियालाई होशियारपूर्वक पूरा गर्न इमेल प्राप्त गर्ने सबैलाई सुझाव दिएका छन् ।

यसैगरी आज लिस्बनस्थित AIMA एक कार्यालयमा आफ्नो प्रतिनिधि पठाइ  यसको वास्तविकताबारे जिज्ञासा राख्दा इमेल पठाइएको साँचो भएको जानकारी दिइएको VIDA Central पोर्चुगलका अध्यक्ष तथा सिइयो ध्रुव थापाले बताए ।

यसरी AIMA बाट आएको इमेल वास्तविक भएसंगै पहिलो रेजिडेन्सी कार्डको प्रतिक्षामा रहेका हजारौं नेपाली पनि लाभान्वित हुने भएकोले समुदायमा उत्साह छाएको गैरआवासीय नेपाली संघ पोर्चुगलका अध्यक्ष उमेश खड्काले प्रतिक्रिया दिए ।

Important Information from the AIMA.

Good morning

Following several measures of an organisational nature aimed at increasing the responsiveness of the service to foreign citizens and the quality of the service provided, AIMA is promoting the electronic notification of users, who have carried out older expressions of interest, for the payment of the fee due.

For this purpose, the applicant must follow the steps indicated in the electronic notification – see attached model – to generate and pay the Single Collection Document (DUC). The applicant shall:

Enter a new password;

Log in to the platform with the new password;

Fill in a field with the number that is sent to the email address configured on the platform, to increase access security;

Click on the buttons to generate the payment reference;

Pay the DUC reference by selecting the "Payments to the State" option in MB/ATM or ebanking.

In the days following the validation of the payment, the applicant will receive the information regarding the appointment (date/time/place), without calling the Contact Center.

Closer to the appointment, the applicant will receive information on how to resubmit all updated information and documentation, in order to streamline their process and simplify the service. This step is of the utmost importance, mindful the existence of very old requests for expressions of interest, for which the documentation previously submitted is likely to be out of date. The insertion of the updated documentation will facilitate the analysis of the process instruction teams and will promote the speed of the processing of cases.

This procedure aims to simplify the service, dispensing with the payment to the AIMA service desk.
