आइमा(AIMA)द्वारा रेजिडेन्सी कार्ड आवेदन र नवीकरणको नियमहरू परिवर्तन, के कस्तो परिवर्तन भयो ?

लिस्बन । पोर्चुगलको आप्रवासी इमिग्रेसन सम्बन्धी एजेन्सी आइमा(AIMA) रेजिडेन्सी कार्ड  आवेदन र नवीकरणको नियमहरू परिवर्तन गरेको छ ।  

अब सबै आवश्यक कागजातहरू पेश नगरी अर्थात् फाल्ता राखेर पोर्चुगलमा आवासीय अनुमतिपत्र आवेदन र नवीकरण गर्ने कार्य स्वीकार नगर्ने भएको छ । २८ अप्रिल २०२५ बाट यस्तो परिवर्तन भएको हो ।

विदेशी ऐन अन्तर्गत गरिएका अनुरोधहरू पूर्ण भएपछि मात्र प्राप्त हुनेछन्, अर्थात्, जब तिनीहरूमा कानूनले विश्लेषण र निर्णयको लागि आवश्यक पर्ने सबै कागजातहरू समावेश हुन्छन्, "ECO द्वारा रिपोर्ट गरिएको एक विज्ञप्तिमा AIMA ले भन्यो।

त्यसकारण, आवेदकहरूले सबै कानुनी रूपमा आवश्यक कागजातहरू आफ्नो स्वामित्वमा राख्नु पर्छ र प्रस्तुत गर्नुपर्छ। यसरी मात्र AIMA ले "छिटो" र "छिटो" निर्णयको वाचा गर्न सक्छ।

१७ जनवरीको विदेशी कानून र नियामक आदेश नम्बर १/२०२४ अन्तर्गत आवश्यक पर्ने सबै तत्वहरूसँग पूर्ण नभएका आवासीय अनुमतिपत्रहरू प्रदान गर्ने र नवीकरण गर्ने आवेदनहरू सेवाको लागि स्वीकार गरिने छैन ।

AIMA changes residency application rules

The Agency for Integration, Migration and Asylum has stopped accepting applications for granting and renewing residence permits in Portugal without submitting all the necessary documents.

“As of 28 April, 2025, requests made under the Foreigners Act will only be received when they are complete, that is, when they contain all the documents that the law defines and requires as necessary for analysis and decision,” says AIMA in a statement reported by ECO.

Therefore, applicants must be in possession of and present all legally required documents. Only in this way can AIMA promise a “quick” and “swift” decision.

Applications for granting and renewing residence permits that are not complete with all the elements required under the Foreigners Law and Regulatory Decree No. 1/2024, of 17 January, will not be accepted for service.
